I mostly didn't have to ask them because they notified me first. I even did a virtual/FaceTime walkthrough with the construction manager and another final walkthrough before closing. The quality of work, design & layout, and the home's features speak volumes to the high standards and effort UnionMain puts into building houses. This is a new construction home, so once we got moved in and starting using the home as intended, we noticed some minor issues (which is to be expected). However, I cannot speak highly enough about Josh (Construction Manager) and Tommy (Sale Manager), who have been extremely quick and responsive in having these issues addressed. They both also continue to regularly follow-up to be sure we don't have any outstanding concerns.
