Referrer Gift Card: Rewards are paid in the form of a Virtual Gift Card. Referrals must be submitted via the official Resident Referral form. The Virtual Gift Card will be sent via email to the email address provided.
Homebuyer Credit: Referred homebuyer will receive an incentive in the form of a purchase price credit of $1,000. Promotion valid through December 31, 2025 and subject to any applicable governmental and lender restrictions, and will be reduced or withdrawn to the extent required by any such restrictions.
