If Seller elects to proceed to an agreement to sell a home site, Seller will notify Buyer by email to schedule an appointment to sign written Agreement of Sale and to submit an appropriate deposit to Seller within two (2) calendar days of being notified.

    The acceptance of any offer is conditioned upon (1) completion of a written Agreement of Sale fully executed by Seller and Buyer(s) and (2) Seller's receipt of Buyer's deposit funds. The final purchase price may change to reflect later selected structural options, design studio selections or other changes. Offers, incentives, and seller contributions vary by community and are subject to certain terms, conditions and restrictions.
